EXAMINATIONS

Veda conducts tests in addition to terminal examinations. The examination
schedule for the entire academic year will be given soon after the
reopening of the college. Students will have to complete a certain number
of assignments in every subject. If the students fail in taking any such
assignment or examination, or otherwise neglect will have to complete a
certain number of assignments in every subject

ACCOMMODATION

The College is situated in a spacious, well-ventilated building. The
ambience is peaceful and conducive to education. The class rooms are well
furnished with glass boards and comfortable seating arrangement.l

PARENTS ROLE

1) Only parents and authorised visitors will be allowed to enter
the campus.
2) Request through telephone messages to send a student
home will not be entertained. Depending upon the urgency
of the information, the institution shall ring up the parent to
find out the truth and then allow the student to speak.
3) The college is not responsible for any unlawful activities of
the students outside the campus. In such a case TC shall be
issued to them forthwith.
4) Parents should keep in touch with the principal from time to
time and know the academic progress, punctuality &
regularity in attendance of their wards.
5) Parents are expected to see that their wards attend the
college regularly, in case leave is required, it is the duty of
the parents to inform the college authorities through a leave
letter before hand.
6) Parents are supposed to meet the principal when requested
to do so.
7) Parents are requested to cooperate and complete all the
necessary formalities like paying the fee in three stipulated
intervals.

DISCIPLINE

No educational institution can function smoothly and purposefully without
maintaining certain standards of discipline, decorum and dignity. Without
discipline one can’t achieve greatness in public or private life. Discipline
doesn’t impose restrictions, but sets one free and leads to success. Students
are expected to be punctual and to attend classes regularly. They are
expected to behave and conduct themselves in a dignified manner. They
must be respectful towards the teachers. The management expects
complete co operation from the students.

1) The principal shall have complete powers for the maintenance of
discipline in the college.
2) The principal may discontinue or cancel admission or any financial
aid to a student on the grounds of irregularity or indiscipline or
indecent behavior.
3) Students should keep the college premises clean and tidy.
4) Students are required to maintain discipline and silence in the class
rooms and avoid disturbing the classes.
5) Students should be polite and courteous to the teaching as well as
the office staff.
6) Bringing outsiders into the college premises without obtaining prior
permission from the principal is deemed as misconduct.
7) Organising any activity without the permission of the principal in
writing constitutes misconduct.
8) Students should wear only decent and dignified clothes. They
should observe restraint and ensure decorum in their dress habits.
Students found violating the above are accordingly dealt with at
stipulated intervals.
9) Frequent late coming and irregularity in attending classes shall not
be encouraged Such students are liable to be sent out of the college
premises by issuing Tcs.
10) Despite strong security, if any student leaves the campus without
informing the campus authorities, the institution shall not bear any
responsibility thereof.

11) Activities of the students outside the campus have no legal
binding on the institution. Such students are not allowed to
continue and TC shall be issued to them forthwith.
12) Mobile phones are not allowed into campus in view of
general discipline and to maintain class-room decorum.
13) Students under any circumstances shall not be called out of
the class room when class is in progress.
14) In case of dire necessity of leave, students must produce a
leave letter only with the consent of their parents
